Shipping & Delivery
Domestic shipping rates apply to all orders: 
Standard First Class $5.99 (Ground - Please allow up to two weeks for production or contact for availability)
 

Priority Mail $10.00 (2 Day - Please allow up to two weeks for production or contact for availability)

Priority Express $20.00 (Next Business Day - Please allow up to two weeks for production or contact for availability)

 

All online orders must be paid with a credit card. We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard. Please note: Your billing address must match the billing address of the credit card used for purchase.

 

We ship anywhere in the United States. 

 

Most orders will ship within 10 business days; however, at times certain items are in high demand and will unfortunately be on backorder. If you need your jewelry in a hurry please contact us and we will be able to let you know if an item can ship immediately. If there is a delay over two weeks, you will be contacted immediately.

 

All orders are shipped using USPS.

 

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice and tracking data.

Returns

Returns & Replacements

 

Camille Carnevale will accept items purchased from camillecarnevale.com for store credit only within 21 days of purchase. Items returned must be in a unworn condition. 

 

To initiate a return please email camille.carnevale@gmail.com. A return merchandise authorization will be made and a shipping label will be sent via email free of charge. There will not be a credit to your account until the item is received and inspected.

 

Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

NOTE: If you purchase an item that at a later date goes on sale, we are not able to honor the lower price unless it was within 14 days. The difference will be provided via a gift card.

 

Items received as gifts from our online store may be returned for store credit on our website.

 

Exchanges are subject to shipping charges.

 

We cannot refund any shipping or handling fees related to your purchase or return.

 

Warranties & Repairs
Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. They will request a repair tracking number and have it shipped directly to us.
Necklace repairs must be sent back to us for inspection and are subject but not limited to to a small fee of $20 based on material used.
Ring sizing prices vary based on size, material and design. Any purchase made in person is subject to a fee if sizing is required. Any purchase made online is made to order and does not require additional sizing fees. 
Please note there are no returns, refunds or exchanges on special/custom orders. 

Due to the one of a kind nature of many of our pieces, we cannot guarantee repairs for every piece made in the collection. For any questions regarding this please email camille.carnevale@gmail.com.

Camille Carnevale gladly accepts returns on items within two weeks of order delivery for an exchange or a full refund. All merchandise must be in its original packaging and in its original condition. 

Damaged pieces can be repaired by us, and fees for this service will vary according to the extent of repair. 

Discontinued items are not always eligible for repairs. Please contact us for more information.
