Camille Carnevale Fine Jewelry provides custom jewelry, repair, redesigns, appraisals, and gem/diamond identification, grading and retail jewelry sales.

 

All jewelry will be safely stored in the safe at my studio until the client pays the balance agreed upon. Camille Carnevale Fine Jewelry is not responsible for any paid or unpaid jewelry left behind for over 365 days.

 

Please note: Upon delivery of your custom jewelry, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, I am able to change finished pieces to an extent. A new proposal will be submitted to you and the cost will be defined in a new "Custom Jewelry" agreement. In addition to a completed payment, there will be an automatic $300 restocking fee for completed work that you choose to return/exchange and a $200 fee for redesigns that were given a "go ahead" at the time that a drawing was submitted with the original proposal.

 

Cost.The total cost ("Total Cost") for all Services is due in full at the time the project is completed. Client shall pay the Total Cost to the Vendor as follows:

The first payment is a non-refundable retainer which will cover all material and design costs. Final compensation will be due upon receipt of the completed jewelry. 

Design time - Your first sketch will be sent to you prior to production and is complimentary. Any subsequent drawings will be billed by the hour accordingly. 

By signing this document the client agrees that the property they are forfeiting for scrap gold is the property of the client and they give permission for Camille Carnevale to destroy the jewelry used as store credit. All material will be melted down and used for the purpose of the client's custom order. Any gold left over will be used to pay the balance of the client's bill, as listed above. If the gold is not workable the material will be sold to a refinery and casting grain will be purchased. Camille Carnevale reserves the right to document a state-issued ID at the time of any gold sales.

Deadlines - Made-to-order projects from my collection usually take between 2-6 weeks to complete. However, for some bespoke jobs such as bridal/engagement work, I will need 3-6 months in advance. Please submit your inquiry for a consultation ASAP. Christmas orders will also be delayed several weeks. Please place your stock order by Black Friday in order to guarantee your piece by Christmas. No custom orders between November 1st and January 1st.

Rush orders - An additional $150 will be added to any orders given less than 2 weeks' notice.

Please be respectful of my time - Life and mistakes happen. rescheduling a consult once is fine by me but clients who do not show up for appointments more than twice will be not be given another appointment. If you need to reschedule your first appointment please reach out to me via email, phone.

Canceled jobs - Once your deposit has been paid, I will no longer be able to accept cancellations on custom orders.

Consultations - First consultation is complimentary. Subsequent in-person and phone consultations are $25 for 30 mins $50 for an hour.
